Where do I begin?Begin your process by calling or visiting one of our sites and discussing your storage needs with one of our professional site manager’s. This process will ensure that your every need is met so your storage experience will be the best.
What personal information do I need to provide in order to rent a storage unit?
We collect the personal information needed in order to process your rental agreement. It may include a current ID such as a driver’s license, a photograph, physical address, telephone number, email address and any information the Owner’s deems necessary.
What sizes of units do you have?
Our sites offer storage units ranging in size from 5x5 to 20x20. Each site has their own variety of units so call today to find the right size for your needs.
Do you offer RV/boat/vehicle parking?
Yes, at some of our facilities we offer both covered and uncovered spaces. Please call today to reserve your space as these parking spaces go quickly.
How long is the rental agreement?
Rental agreements are month-to-month and renew automatically on your anniversary date.
How do I pay for my unit?
CAMSM wants to make your storage experience stress-free so we make it easy to pay your bill. We offer payment terms of cash, check or credit card. For your convenience we can set up AutoPay where we can automatically charge your credit card of choice each month. Most sites take Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
Do you have any special offers or promotions?
CAMSM continually offers promotions on new move in’s. We offer monthly discounts as a standard operating procedure for senior citizens, students and military personnel.
Do you have carts available for use?
We have several sizes and types of carts available for your use at any of our CAMSM properties.
What is the difference between office hours and gate/access hours?
Office hours are the hours you can conduct business with the site manager or request assistance from them. Gate/Access hours are the hours you can access your unit.
When can I access my storage unit?
As long as your unit is paid in full, you can access your unit daily as most CAMSM sites are open 7 days a week. Access hours may vary by location so be sure to contact the site manager for details.
Do you provide a lock and can anyone have access to my unit?
CAMSM gives you a new, sealed disc or cylinder lock when you rent a unit and no one else will have a key to that lock. Only YOU can give someone access to your unit which would also include your gate/access code.
Can I purchase storage and moving supplies?
Yes! All CAMSM sites sell top-quality moving and packing supplies like boxes, tape, furniture covers and more. You also do not need to be a storage customer to buy supplies.
Are my belongings insured?
CAMSM does not insure your belongings but gives you options to assist you in this area. Some of our sites require insurance, some offer insurance to be paid with your monthly rental, and some sites require you to secure your own insurance or take responsibility of your items with a signed addendum.
